30 Days of Prayer Day 3: We Want to Know You: Colossians 1:9-14

Day 3

For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, 10 so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, 11 being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, 12 and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light. 13 For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, 14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

Colossians 1:9-14

Take some time today to thank God that we can know Him, trust in Him, and follow Him. He is intimately involved in every area of our lives. There is nothing too small, no detail too mundane. He delights in leading us, shaping us in His image, and empowering us to be the people He designed us to be.
Tell Him about the ways you are struggling to understand, where you lack clarity or direction. Ask Him to open your eyes to see Him more clearly and your ears to hear Him. Pray for the boldness by His Spirit to obey and follow wherever He leads. That you would live in freedom and joy because Jesus has set you free.

Ask his Spirit to produce Fruit that would be salt and light to those you encounter this week.

Pick two people from the church and pray these things for them as well today. Text or call them and let them know that you are praying for them
